The court granted partition of the property.

    Explanation:

On a dispute between two or more parties regarding an undivided piece of property, a solution can be sought directly from the court. In cases of property disputes, after hearing the involved sides, the court most probably grants partition of property to end the dispute. If the partition of the property is not possible, the court most probably orders a sale of the property and asks the parties to share the amount amongst themselves as specified by the court.
