How are nuclear weapons a continuing danger? Nuclear weapons are a continuing danger because they are always unspoken threats one country can use on another. The weapons make it difficult to for countries to have agreements without knowing what could happen if they set one off. The nuclear weapons are also able to kill millions and jeopardize our entire natural environment in which we live.
