Is it stated in the Bill of Rights that everyone has a right to an education? (Give a semi-legnthy statement on your answer)

    The United States is one of the few major countries in the world without a Constitutional right to Education.

    As a result, Education is handled by the States with each state handling education in different ways. This means that a student in Mississippi gets a different education from one in Oregon or Maine. Students in other major countries get a national set education.
