    Explanation: Wellness means, first and foremost, good health and fitness, a pure mind and a clear vision, but overall, this should not only be a current state but also an overall goal to be pursued so that the overall health is constantly improved. In other words, it's a constant decision to go for healthy habits and promote health. This way a healthy lifestyle is chosen on a daily basis for both physical and mental health. It is a prerequisite for general well-being, even materially, because such an aware person, mentally and physically healthy, becomes socially accepted. This approach provides health that will last and therefore everything else that goes along with it, general well-being.
