    Domain systems is the name to refer to the system through which the organisms of the earth are classified. There are three main domains that were proposed during the 1990s by Carl Woese, who relied on ribosomal RNA structures. Before this idea, organisms were classified into "kingdoms", this classification had five categories and was developed during the sixties.

    In the current system, the three domains that exist are Archaea, Bacteria, and, Eukarya. The first refers to organisms in the fungus, protist, animal, and plant kingdoms. The second refers to bacteria organisms that can be good or bad for other organisms. The third refers to single-celled organisms that are often confused with bacteria, however, they differ from these by having a cell wall. According to the above, the correct answer is D.
