Describe the restrictions for 16 and 17 year old drivers

    Depends on the state. But I live in Georgia, so here are ours:

    After receiving your class D license, you cannot drive between the hours of 12 and 5 a. m.

    The driver can only have passengers that are members of their immediate family for the first 6 months after getting their license. (After that, they can only have one passenger that is not in the immediate family.)

    - After 1 year, the driver can have 3 passengers that are not in the immediate family.

    For mine, you have to drive with an adult when you are driving with others, until you turn 18. Then, you can take others with you.
