When the patient is a threat to his/her safety and that of others/When the patient is involved on illegal activities.

    Explanation:

Some common wrongly assumed things are the fact that therapista and health professionals can't break the confidentiality between patient and professional, but they actually can and will if the life of the patient or those around them are at risk, or if the patient is involved in illegal activities.
