If one is looking to see exactly how best a product must be used, it's specification, warranties and other technical information, the best place to look would be the Manufacturer's Manual or the Products website.

If however one is looking to ascertain if the claims of the manufacturer about the functionality and benefits of the product are true, the best place to look would be reviews from other people who have used the product.
