    Both technician (Both A and B) are right. The horsepower of the automobile is a standard measurement fo the strength of the automobiles: the more horsepower a car produces, the better its acceleration, which is a strong factor in its overall performance. This parameter is listed in the onformation about the cars because it is averyy important parameter and it also used by customers to compare differenr cars.
