    B) Solvent-contaminated

    Explanation:

Non-hazardous waste is one that does not present a hazard, ie health and environmental risks. These materials can be biodegradable, have some combustibility and water sulubility. In addition, to be considered a non-hazardous waste, the material must have none of its solubilized constituents in concentrations higher than water potability standards. This way the water will remain potable in contact with this residue.

Examples of non-hazardous waste are solvent contaminated rags or wipes.
