A is incorrect because Adam smith believed in the invisible hand.

for a sure thing now Karl Marx believed that capitalism was unjust but the question now is what did he believe capitalism can do?

so giving evidence he did not believe in capitalism or the invisible hand than he has to believe that the capitalism will do something unjust only one of these answers put capitalism in a unfavorable light.

    So the answer is C.
