    Regulatory Agencies are autonomous public authorities, government agency. They are held responsible for monitoring, supervising a certain particular activity, for safety standards & public interest protection. Eg : US Food & Drug Administration

    Executive Agencies are under government departments, given managerial & budgetary allocation to carry executional activities. They have responsibility of managing their entire stipulated department by legalities, investigations etc. Eg : Federal Executive Department
