Using the concept of land ownership as an example, explain how China is still retaining elements of a command economy.

    After the Communist Revolution at China in 1949, most parcels of land were owned by the government or by the state. Through this, China was able to perform with the elements of a command economy since most properties are owned and manipulated by the state.
