How is an organisms role important in its ecosystem

    An organism's role is important to the ecosystem so the ecosystem could be balanced.

    So that the ecosystem can be balanced, if one of the species doesn't do its role then the ecosystem will be unbalanced and that will result in a lack of species and an increase of a species
