    It would definitely not be A, as that is an obvious downside of clear-cutting mountainous regions. It wouldn't be B, because increased landslides would put more sediments into streams and rivers below the mountains. Then, when it rains on the mountains, there is not compact dirt to absorb the rain, causing huge amounts of water to flow down and cause flooding. The only possible one that would not be an effect of clear-cutting a mountain would be D.
