    Being a professional educator is no easy job. The ff are the guiding principles that is useful for the said job:

    *Teaching is giving the students the right to literacy - education must be free for all.

    *Everyone has the capacity to learn - and it is the responsible of the teachers to believe in everyone's potential.

    *Learning is an active process - which requires the students' full participation the process of learning new information

    *Teaching is with care - regardless of everyone's status, race, etc.
