    False, I don't see why smaller corporations would have a special exception to any regulations.

    Explanation:

    Small and medium-sized companies must also be subject to federal, state and local regulations, as should large companies. The difference is that these regularizations are adapted so that there is no exploitation of small and medium enterprises that are more sensitive and vulnerable than large corporations. However, this does not mean that only large corporations should comply with legal regulations.
