    Micro - > Milli - > Centi - > Deci - > Base (no prefix) - > Deca - > Hecto - > Kilo

    Milli to volts = Add three zeros to the decimal place before 1 because Milli is three prefixes before the Base (volt)

    1.0 = Move the decimal place to the left 3 times, because milli is three to the left of the base, and since you're making the number bigger (milli to base)

    0.001
