Mix the dough make the dough into a frisbee put sauce on the Dough put cheese on the sauce and put any other toppings on cheese And there you have yourself a pizza

You gather the materials: flour, oil (or butter), tomato sauce, cheese, salt, pepper, toppings, backing soda, round sheet/pan, oven at correct temp (usually 415 * - 500 * ish)
Preheat the oven.
Mix the flour, backing soda, salt, and oil together until there is dough. Continue mixing until there are no chunks of anything left.
Form a disc-like sheet of dough spin the dough until the dough is evenly distributed.
The dough should be firm. Add tomato sauce evenly across the disc leaving about an inch to two inches of dough around the edges bare.
Sprinkle pepper over the tomato sauce.
Layer cheese and toppings as needed or wanted.
Place in preheated oven for about 10-15 min or until crust s golden-brown.
Let the pizza cool and it is ready to serve.
