Every fundamental right has an implied duty. Claiming our rights implies that we have the duty to allow others to claim their rights.
We claim our rights to life but we also have the duty to allow others to claim their rights to life.
I have the right to practice my religion. It is also my duty to allow others to practice their religion.
Unfortunately, in these time and age, a lot of people are very vehement in claiming their rights that they forget about their duties. They claim their rights to the detriment of other people's rights.
