    Symbolism of the Monkey's paw represented greediness & guilt."will wish for two hundred pounds then; that'll just do it" this shows that the White's were overwhelmed & desperate with the thought of wishing for anything they desired which made them ignore the consequences that can comes with there wishes. The monkey's paw also symbolizes fate & shows that people like to blame the supernatural, they consider it as "fate". "show that fate ruled people's lives & that these who interfered with it did so with sorrow". In the end, just like the curse was said it became true & the monkey's paw ended with a lost.
