True or False. What makes art valuable is that the process of selling art was different than it is now. Also Medieval paintings were often sumptuous objects made with gold and other precious materials. What made those paintings valuable were these materials was made from the rare and expensive semi-precious stone. Those materials were lavished on objects to express religious devotion or to reflect the wealth and status of its patron.

    Art is valuable in many ways whether it took to time to make or paint and if medieval paintings used sumptuous objects that were made from gold then it's probably pretty expensive as well as rare, selling art is priceless since most art can't be replicated, every art piece has a valuable backstory
