    Feedback is basically the way we perceive the inputs from the environment around us. That input can come in the form of action, event, or process.

    We develop feedback in order to understand the proper response that we should make in case we encounter the same input again in the future.

    For example,

    Let's say that you see a certain individual coming to you and punch you in the face without saying anything. You will memorize his action in your had and your brain will give you a feedback telling you that person is dangerous.

    If you encounter that same person again the next day, your response will most likely either to run away or gets into a fighting stance to anticipate another punch.
