The correct answer here is the option D.

In this poem by E. E. C. ummings the narrator wonders if the Moon is a balloon which can take the narrator to the city in the sky.

    who knows if the moon’s

a balloon, coming out of a keen city

in the sky-filled with pretty people?

He than wonders if the balloon can take him to that city, where all the beautiful people live, where it is always spring and the flowers pick themselves.
