Define the term, utilitarian. How can something be both utilitarian and fine art?

Utilitarian can mean functional art. For example a beautiful water vase is considered Utiltarian. So to be both utilitarian and fine art, it has be be a functional for a specific function but yet decorated or beautiful in of itself.

utilitarian can mean practical. fine art cna be practical if it serves a purpose in a person's life.
