Depending on the area where someone develops, there are several consequences if the type of weight is heavy, if it is in boxing, the boxer could not fight with someone weighing less than 164 lbs, if he is a gymnast, the heavyweight would benefit in his routines, the same if you are a bodybuilder, but if you are a low, sedentary person, you could not lift something heavy, depending on what you do or what you want to do, you will have a different consequence if the type of weight is heavy.
