Why are primary colors so called?

    They're called primary colours because they are the fundemental source of all other colours (secodary or tertiary), but no other colour can be mixed to create them.

    Red, Yellow, and Blue.

    Because red, yellow, and blue create everything. Red and Blue make purple, red and yellow make orange, yellow and blue make green, and so on.
