Having strict limitations, such as a very limited budget, could result in poor quality of the design outcome, and an inadequate expression of the intended design. On the other hand, strict limitations could also inspire the artist to think outside the box and improvise, especially when certain materials are unavailable. Being creative and devising other ways to complete the design process could result in a satisfactory design product that has the full expression of the intended design.
