It depicts the Roman religion and culture where the earliest Christian churches were built during this period. One of the examples of which are the Icons, such as the Virgin (Theotokos) and Child between Saints Theodore and George. It alzoso includes mosaics that portray the power of the ruler of Byzantine Empire.
