    The air pressure in a bagpipe stick i. e the drumstick on a drum, a bow on a fiddle (violin) and electricity can produce sounds in the fluorescent lights.

    Vibration can be caused by one or more factors at any given time, the most common being imbalance, misalignment, wear and looseness. All these can be caused by air, electricity, etc.
