What makes good art good?

It's all in the eye of the beholder. I personally think the details, the shading, the references and ideas made and sparked in the artwork, The Effort put into it, the vibrant colors, and the Creativity of the art itself. If we're talking about Art as in sketching, drawing, painting, etc.

Answer: honestly it's based off of opinion and if you think it's good art then it is.
