What strength training exercise is seen throughout the "stronger" dance?

    I believe the strength training would be squats.

    Squats are considered one of the best exercise for dancers because it train almost all functional muslces needed in the dancing moves simultaneously, allowing the dancers to develop strength in their abdominal, length, and back muscles.
