How does balancing illustrate homeostasis

Balance is the indirect definition of homeostasis. When something in your body is out of balance, like say you have a high temperature, then you start to sweat to cool. This is an example of homeostasis. Any process that involves your body balancing some sort of level or temperature etc. is homeostasis.
