A 30 kg object has 3 forces acting on it - one 40 N force to the right, one 20 N force to the right, and one 30 N force to the left. What is the net force on the object?

    Fnet=F1+F2-F3=40+20-30=60-30=30N

    F=ma

    30N=30a

    a=30/30

    a=1m/s^2
