    DNA replication is a process which replicates the DNA in a cell and increases the amount of DNA mediated by the enzymes.

    The DNA replication begins when the Helicase enzyme opens the DNA and primase form an RNA molecule with a complementary sequence at 5' end of DNA which acts as a primer. The DNA polymerase can add the nucleotide after it binds the RNA primer as primer provides it's 3'-OH group to bind new nucleotides.

    Since RNA molecule acts as a primer in the replication process to which the new nucleotides will be added, therefore, the Option-B is the correct answer.
