    Actually, it is difficult ta say which one is not a cause because UV radiation also can cause mutations, and harmful chemicals also do mutation.

    So, it's quite difficult, but if we think about the time duration, UV radiation takes a longer time than the other 3, so it can be called a not causing agent of mutation.

    But, continuous UV radiation for a long time can cause mutation.
