    The left ventricle,

    Explanation:

The left ventricle of the heart primary function is to pump oxygenated blood from the heart through the aorta into systemic circulation. The oxygenated blood is rich in oxygen, needed metabolites (glucose, amino acids,) needed for survival and efficient functioning of the body tissues, cells and organs.

The brain will be first organ to react to this from damage due to brain hypoxia (shortage of oxygen) in less than 5 minutes of blood oxygen supply shortage. The liver' Acinus part is also greatly affected.

Therefore, loss of left ventricle function will affect the survival of the subject.
