A synapse between a motor neuron and a muscle cell uses the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Where is the acetylcholine produced and to where does it travel?

    First it is produced in the synaptic knob ... and second it travels via vacuole to the cell membrane and there releases out and reach the receiver of the other neuron ... !
