Continuous capillaries are the most common capillaries in the body is a true statement.

    Explanation:

Continuous capillaries are most common and present in most vascularized tissues of the nervous system, muscle and fatty tissues.

Endothelial cells form a continuous lining in continuous capillaries providing a continuous pathway along with tight intercellular gap junctions and clefts to allow for the intercellular passage of small molecules or ions of water, gases, sugar, hormones etc.

Fenestrated capillaries are found where filtration of molecules takes place like in kidneys, small intestines

Sinusoidal capillaries are scattered in liver, spleen and lymph nodes.
