Hubble's Law is the recessional velocity, which is the speed of a celestial body moving away from the observer, is proportional to its distance.
It states The Universe is expanding, our galaxy is expanding, red shift is proportional to a body's distance from us, and red shift is proportional to distance form the center of the universe.
