    The answer would be: Anticholinergic agents used to treat Parkinson's disease

    Anticholinergic drugs can dilate the pupil and disrupt the drainage of intraocular fluid. This will lead to accumulation of the fluid in the eye, thus increasing the intraocular pressure.

    Anticholinergic also increase heart rate and increase the risk of developing an arrhythmia.
