Because an animal's niche is its relationships with its ecosystem, so whatever food ANY animal eats is part of its niche. The relationship between the bullfrog and its food is a predatory niche, because it describes how the bullfrog relates to its surroundings

according to Darwin, two species with the same niche cannot survive in the same area because of the heavy competition for the same foods etc. So if an animal has the same ecological niche as the bullfrog, either one would have to find a new area to inhabit, or one would have to evolve in order to accommodate for the survival of both species
