People's choices can sometimes have negative effects on their own health, as well as the health or well-being of others. Describe two of these choices, explaining how they can impact the individual and others.

    Choosing to smoke for example, may affect other people in your household it they have to breathe in second-hand smoke. Second-hand smoke can cause cancer, emphysema and a variety of other illnesses.

    Abusing alcohol can affect the well being of others who may not even know the abuser, if the abuser chooses to drive intoxicated and causes an accident that hurts others.
