Harry's brain tumor on his hypothalamus can interfere with the autonamic function as the hypothalamus does receive the visceral sensory information thus controlling sympathetic and parasympathetic functions. The hypothalamus is a vital part of the brain as it secrete releasing hormones and hormones that inhibit or stimulate the hormone production in the pituitary.
