    The skin is split up into three primary layers; The Epidermis (Top most layer), the Dermis (middle), and Hypodermis (Lower). The Epidermis is itself composed of five layers; The Stratum Corneum (The topmost), Stratum Lucidium, Stratum Granulosum, Stratum Spinosum, and the Stratum Basal (Bottom Layer).
