hydrophobic interactions - hydrophobic interactions are very important in the folding of proteins because it reduces the surface layer available for reaction with water with the protein.

hydrogen bonds - hydrogen bonds play a very important role in the formation an linking of amino acids to form proteins. hydrogen bonds present in protein are the reasons why proteins can dissolve in water very easily.

Disulfide bridges - these bridges link two parts of the proteins together ad increases the entropy of the protein after it unfolds. they are also the nucleus of the hydrophillic core of every protein
