Science has influenced war technology in several different ways. WW1 used science to create more harmful poison gases, as well as creating more powerful missiles, and bombs. Science was also used to improve aerodynamics of airplanes to increase speed and mobility of them in the air. In WW2, the same was essentially used, (except for poison gases used on the field) along with that, the creation of the Atomic bomb is one of the most prominent cases of science influencing wars.
