Regular exercise is basically synonymous with having any type of physical activity. That's why the answer is C. Exercise does not have to mean going to the gym for workouts and playing organized sports. You can even go for a fast walking session or ride a bicycle and it is still considered to be regular exercise. Gym membership or sports are not a requirement.
