Genotypes determine genetic traits such as brown eyes, blonde hair, etc. They use alleles such as (Bb) or (BB) to determine recessive or dominant traits. Phenotypes are the physical characteristics of an organism based on its genotype.

a genotype is a set of genes located in our dna which is accountable for a specific or certain trait. a phenotype is the physical result or characteristics from that given trait.
