    Explanation:

    Euchromatin is genetically active and loosely packed while heterochromatin are genetically inactive and tightly packed. Chromosome puff is the formation of loop or swelling of chromosome part called puff which are uncoil and easily transcribed while condensed chromosome bands are tightly packed and inactive to transcribe. The center of the nucleus transcription of genes are done while nuclear periphery involve in gene silencing. Loops of chromatin extended out of the territory of chromosomes are decondensed while chromosome territories are folded extensively. The area which is close to actively transcribed genes within the nucleus is more active for transcription as compare to those areas which are apart from it. 11 nm "beads on a string" fibers is the less compaction of DNA as compare to 30 nm fibers. So, beads on a string fibers is more active in gene transcription than 30nm fibres.
